{leaving town . . . much to do}

About to head to New Orleans Airport, heading to Austin to co-host a photography workshop, and spend some girl time with Bethany!!  I’ll be flying home Sunday night, only to have to leave again on Monday morning to take Frank back to Houston for more appointments at MD Anderson.  Any orders that are placed while I’m away, will be tended to when we return home from Houston around the 19th.

Be blessed . . .

Robin

{album design: Heidi & Reggie}

I am slowly plugging away at the remaining albums that I have to design. With having to bring Frank back / forth to Texas so often, I’ve missed out on so much with our son this year, so I took a week & a half break from work on the computer to spend time with him. But now I’m back at full force . . . .

{phone update}

Just a quick update on the phone situation . . . Should have my new phone by tomorrow, only thing is I’ll have a new phone #, since I wasn’t eligible for an upgrade, yada yada yada.  Gotta love ATT!!  I will post the new phone # & also send out emails to everyone in my address book with the new phone #.

{the boys in action . . . }

As promised, here are some more of the boys playing the games today!!! And to all the mom’s of the players - I’ve got a ton more images!!! I have them uploading to my lab right now & will have you copies by the 2nd practice of the week.

{nothing better than . . . }

a friendly game of baseball or two!  Today was their second weekend of games.  They did so good, they played their booty’s off today!!!  We were all so proud of them.

david

These are just a few of David, but I’ve got plenty to share of the rest of the team!!!  Will have more up soon, promise!!!

{an evening of baseball practice}

So tonight was David’s bi-weekly fall ball practice.  It was so nice & cool outside, thank goodness!!!  He got his sports glasses last night from the optical shop, so he was on his A-game today - since he could actually see the ball!!

{september 22, 1995}

Thirteen years ago tomorrow, I married the love of my life!  We have been through so much over this past year & a half, but still going strong.  I was just sitting here looking through our proof book (yes, still pull it out to remember back on that special day), and decided to scan one in & share here on the blog.

Our wedding day!!

Our wedding photography is what pushed me into wanting to be a photographer.  I wanted to offer my clients something different than the standard, same-old-same!

{couple more for me}

As a photographer, I am so guilty of not taking images for me (whether it be my family, friends, events), well I have decided to stop that now. I want more photos to look back on. I took the opportunity today to get David outside for a few images - he actually cooperated for me!!

Baseball pro in the making!
